1. Commitment to Quality & Food Safety At Zarhia LLC, quality is the cornerstone of our operations. All our products, including premium dates and date-based truffles, are processed and packaged in our Yerevan facility under strict sanitary conditions. We ensure all exports comply with the EAC (Eurasian Conformity) standards and international food safety protocols.
2. Quality Assurance & Returns Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are handled under specific conditions:
Inspection upon Receipt: Wholesale buyers are required to inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery.
Defective Products: If a product is found to be below the agreed-upon specifications or damaged during transit (due to our packaging), a formal claim must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt.
Resolution: Upon verification, Zarhia LLC will either provide a credit note for the next order or arrange for a replacement shipment.
3. Shipping & Incoterms All international trades are governed by Incoterms® 2020. Unless otherwise specified in the sales contract, our standard shipping term is FCA (Yerevan) or DAP (Destination) for the CIS region. We provide full documentation, including:
Phytosanitary Certificates
Certificates of Origin
Invoices and Packing Lists
4. Order Cancellation
Bulk Orders: Cancellations for wholesale orders are only accepted before the production/packaging phase begins.
Customized Orders (Private Label): Orders for customized packaging or private label products cannot be canceled once the production of packaging materials has commenced.
5. Data Privacy & Protection Zarhia LLC respects the privacy of its global partners. Any data collected through our business interactions or website forms is used solely for order processing and professional communication. We do not share business data with third parties without explicit consent, in compliance with international data protection standards.
6. Dispute Resolution In the event of a dispute, we prioritize amicable negotiation and mediation. Should a resolution not be reached, the jurisdiction for all legal matters shall be the courts of Yerevan, Republic of Armenia, under Armenian trade laws.
