The Zarhia Process

The Architecture of Production We treat our manufacturing floor like an engineering lab. The Zarhia Process is divided into three critical stages of precision:

Stage 1: Scientific Selection & Double-Sorting Our process begins long before the fruit reaches the factory. Through our research partnerships, we select harvests that meet specific moisture and sugar profiles. Upon arrival, every batch undergoes a rigorous double-sorting protocol to ensure only the highest grade of fruit enters the production line.

Stage 2: Precision Cold-Processing Heat is the enemy of nutrition. To preserve the biological integrity of our ingredients, Zarhia utilizes advanced cold-processing and cold-press technologies. This ensures that the enzymes, fibers, and natural flavors remain intact, delivering a “Raw” experience with industrial consistency.

Stage 3: Advanced Protective Packaging The final stage is as critical as the first. Our products are sealed using high-barrier, multi-layer packaging technology. This “Micro-Climate” engineering protects the product from oxidation, UV light, and humidity, ensuring that the freshness of the Armenian facility reaches the consumer in Moscow, Berlin, or beyond, without the need for artificial preservatives.
