Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
To ensure machine calibration and minimize waste, orders are accepted based on industrial batch volumes only.
Imported Material Standards
Client-supplied secondary materials must possess valid health certificates and pass Zarhia’s strict QC lab.
Intellectual Property (IP)
Zarhia retains ownership of core base formulations. Custom recipes developed at the client’s expense remain exclusive to their brand.
Packaging Liability
The client is legally responsible for health claims, local language translations, and market permits on the packaging design.
